Hi, I’m Tiffany —
an eating disorder dietitian with a rebellious streak against diet culture, a love for tattoos & music, and a deep belief in the intuitive power of healing.
I didn’t stumble into this work by accident. I grew up in a diet-obsessed home where the unspoken rule was clear: your worth was measured by the size of your body. Those messages sank in deep. As I got older, I cycled through extremes—countless diets, “clean eating” phases, strict veganism—always chasing an impossible standard. On the outside, it looked like discipline; on the inside, it was burnout, obsession, and a constant war with my body.
The turning point wasn’t a single lightning-bolt moment. It was a slow, uncomfortable process of unlearning—letting go of the rules I thought kept me safe, sitting with the fear of weight gain, and learning to actually listen when my body spoke. It was messy, but it was also the most freeing thing I’ve ever done.
With a background in psychology and nutrition, I’ve now spent years in the eating disorder field—building programs, consulting for treatment centers, and working one-on-one with people ready to break free from the same cycles I once lived in. My approach is holistic, anti-diet, and weight-inclusive, weaving together compassionate care and evidence-based tools so you can begin to trust yourself again.
If you’re tired of living at war with food, your body, or your worth, know this: you don’t have to go it alone. I’m here to walk beside you.

I take an anti-diet, weight-inclusive approach, meaning our work isn’t about pursuing weight loss or sticking to rigid food rules. Instead, we focus on healing your relationship with food and your body, improving overall well-being, and supporting your physical and mental health through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Not at all. While I specialize in eating disorder treatment, I also work with people navigating disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image concerns, and anyone ready to step away from diet culture. If food and body thoughts are taking up more space in your life than you’d like, you’re welcome here.

Your first session is a deep-dive conversation into your history, current challenges, and goals. We’ll talk about your relationship with food, your body, and any medical or mental health concerns. It’s a judgment-free space where I listen, ask questions, and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic and supportive.

That’s okay — you set the pace here. Recovery and healing aren’t about flipping a switch; they’re about making small, sustainable changes that feel doable. I’ll meet you where you are, without pressure or judgment.
